What to include

Tell us you use version 0.1.0, macOS 14 or later, and arm64. Include the exact error wording you observed and the steps needed to reproduce it.

Do not send accounting data, source documents, passwords, recovery codes, machine credentials, or cryptographic keys.

For a privacy, access, or correction request, use the subject line Privacy and describe what you need without attaching accounting records or credentials. We will review the request and respond; this page does not promise a response time. Read the privacy policy for local data, RAM, ABN Lookup, and complaint details.

ABN and SBR questions

Tammy checks an entered ABN locally. It does not query ABR in the background or prefill organisation details. If you choose the setup link, the ABN in that field is sent to the official ABN Lookup page in your browser; Tammy does not import the result. Entity evidence in Tammy is reviewed and recorded by a workspace administrator. The current SBR readiness flow uses a synthetic, network-disabled simulator; it does not lodge a BAS with the ATO.

A customer's RAM authorisation, an imported machine credential, and a software provider's ATO registration or security-framework status are separate matters. The privacy policy explains those boundaries and links to current ATO information.

Remove Tammy data from this Mac

This is irreversible. App deletion alone does not remove Tammy records or Keychain entries. Back up anything you must retain before continuing.

  1. Close Tammy.
  2. In Finder, choose Go to Folder and remove the workspace/application data at ~/Library/Containers/com.tammy.desktop. If present, remove only the group container ending in com.tammy.desktop.
  3. Open Keychain Access, search for each Tammy-owned service below, and delete only entries whose service name matches exactly.
    • com.tammy.workspace
    • com.tammy.attempt-journal-anchor.v1
    • com.tammy.audit-mirror
    • com.tammy.sbr.production
